SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

Our shipping service provider is MNG Cargo. The delivery time for shipments is 3 (Three) Business Days from the order date. Shipping is free for purchases from the New Spring/Summer 2024 Collection. For all other purchases made from our website, excluding the New Spring/Summer 2024 Collection, the shipping fee is 49.99TRY. It will be applied at the payment page.

RETURNS

You can return the product you purchased within 14 days, provided that it is unused, undamaged, and with the label intact, in its original packaging. This period begins from the date the product is delivered to you. Please fill out the return form that came with your product when returning it. To return the product free of charge, you must send it with our contracted courier company. Simply mention our current shipping code for free shipping. Shipping costs for returns made outside of our contracted courier companies will be borne by the sender, and unpaid shipments will not be accepted by us.

Returns via MNG Cargo are free of charge. When handing over your return items to the courier, please specify our company's contract code to process your returns free of charge. Our MNG contract code is: 121201180

Upon receiving your package, please open and inspect it in the presence of the delivery company representative if you suspect any damage during shipment. If there is any damage to the product, do not accept the delivery and make a report to the shipping company. Please note that by accepting the product, you acknowledge that the shipping company has fulfilled its duties properly.

The return process begins once we have received your returns. Returns are processed within 7 business days, depending on warehouse capacity and working days, and the refund to the customer's bank card may take 3-10 business days, depending on the information provided by the banks. We would like to emphasize that we do not have any control over the refund process of the banks.

  • I lost my invoice, can I still return the product?
    If you have lost your invoice, you can still return the product by providing the necessary information, including the name used in the online order, billing address, phone number, order number, and reason for return, as long as it complies with the exchange procedures.

Returns and exchanges are not accepted for evening dresses and masks.
